Insurance Accepted and Payment Plans

We gladly accept most health insurance. Call to see if we participate with your plan. Individuals in need of our services who lack insurance and who are worried about the high costs charged by many other clinics need not worry. We have highly affordable rates and flexible payment plans allowing access to high-quality care for you and your family. We do expect payment at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been made.

We charge a $35 fee for missed appointments. Please give us at least 24 hours notice, so that we might be able to help someone else in need.
